Where Scorscythe fits
Scorscythe is an War Anima, filed under “Frontline Carry” in the archive. Frontline carries deal damage from the front row, which means they need the tank's cover to last.
In an auto battler the role decides placement rather than button presses: frontline units absorb the opening exchanges, backline units want the fight to last. Check the aspect index before building a team around one Anima.
Scorscythe — story entry
"Burning with anger" might as well have been coined specifically for Scorscythe, because this hot-tempered, defiant Anima is always angry. Rainy day? Disgusting! The moisture makes its whole body steam, how infuriating! Sunny day? Outrageous! The sun will tan its tail scales, how infuriating! Lost a battle? Unthinkable! How could it be defeated!? How infuriating! Mopped the floor with its foes? Boring! It didn't get to experience the thrill of battle, how infuriating... and today: "...Who dares say I have a bad temper?" The mere suggestion is simply infuriating, and sends Scorscythe into a burning rage.
